We help design and implement capacity building and funding initiatives at every step of a project cycle.

This comprises formulating initial projects ideas and concept notes, preparing full project proposals and funding applications, crafting partnership and resource mobilization strategies, and assisting to present project proposals to funders.

We also support project operationalization and implementation by providing technical expertise and coaching to program staff.
