Sebastien Hamel

Sebastien is a senior executive with over 30 years of experience in the local government sector.

Sebastien has a very practical experience of working with local governments, public sector officials, NGOs, multilateral organizations, and the private sector.

He designed and directed large multi-million projects  in Canada, and over 45 countries in Latin America and the Caribbean, Africa, Eastern Europe, the Middle East, and Asia.

Prior to Nexus , he managed the program division at the Federation of Canadian Municipalities (FCM), a department of 200+ employees in Canada and overseas.

Michael Wodzicki

Michael is an executive with over 20 years of experience designing capacity building and funding programs in Canada and around the world.

He has long experience designing and operationalizing strategic plans, coordinating and facilitating policy development processes, as well as developing and implementing strategies for non-profits organizations and charities.

He has advised a federal Canadian cabinet minister and worked for national organizations and associations in the municipal, cooperative, civil society, and not-for-profit sectors.
